The Firm’s real estate group’s practice includes representations of corporate clients as well as individual investors in the purchase and sale of properties including office buildings, manufacturing plants and hotels, and in commercial leasing, mortgage financings, and construction agreements, including vacant land development, building renovations and space redesign.

It advises and prepares documents for its clients regarding transfer of ownership, lease agreement, mortgage documents and all other related documents in relation to immovable properties. It also regularly gives opinion and settle land disputes through litigation as well as by way of amicable settlement including partition suit, suit for khas possession and recovery of land, permanent injunction, suit for redemption etc.

The group also assists its clients to obtain succession certificate and to register deeds and documents, etc. The Firm also assist in conducting cases for change of names, etc. before the governmental and local authorities.
